Yvonne Genovese is a research vice president in Gartner Research, where she covers business applications strategies, including vendor strategies, best practices and execution.For the past 24 years she has held various business applications-related positions in vendor, services and user organizations. These positions have ranged from actual implementation of applications to defining technology and functional strategies and execution of those strategies. This has given her an opportunity to gain perspective on user and vendor issues with defining business applications for short- and long-term strategies.
About Bruce Johnson
Prior to joining Worksoft, Bruce served as president and CEO of Certus Software, a leading provider of financial compliance and governance software. During his career, Bruce was a group vice president at PeopleSoft Inc. and Oracle Inc., and spent seven years as president and chief executive officer of ClearCross, a global commerce solutions company headquartered in Reston, VA. Bruce has also held the position of general manager and president of the Americas for Baan, a vendor of popular enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
About Linda Hayes
Hayes has more than 20 years of experience in software quality and is the founder of thee software companies, including AutoTester, the first PC-based test automation tool, and Worksoft, Inc., an innovator in SAP test automation. She holds degrees in accounting, tax, and law and is a frequent industry speaker and award-winning author on software quality. She is a regular columnist and contributor to www.StickyMinds.com and Better Software Magazine, as well as a columnist for Computerworld and Datamation, author of the Automated Testing Handbook, contributor to Testing SAP R/3: A Manager's Step by Step Guide, and co-editor of Dare to be Excellent on best practices in the software industry. About Anna Reuhl
Anna Reuhl has been a Dow Corning employee for 20 years. During this time she has held various positions on the information technology and business process teams. She has held leadership roles in many areas, including project leadership, process architecture, new business model implementations, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently Anna holds the position of business solutions manager, where she manages the areas of business process expertise, application services, SAP Basis and the PMO organization.
