About Greg Secord, DVP of Multinational Marketing - President, ADP Canada
Until recently, Greg Secord served as the General Manager for GlobalView Americas and Division Vice President of Multinational Marketing. Greg was recently promoted to President of ADP Canada and is a recognized speaker at industry events on outsourcing, human resources and payroll. Prior to joining ADP in 1995, Greg had successful sales careers at both Xerox and Canon in Canada. He has a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.

About Robert Hoyle Brown, Research VP, Gartner
Robert Hoyle Brown is a research vice president, responsible for Gartner's worldwide coverage of human resources outsourcing (HRO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) generally. He is also the research agenda manager responsible for the topic of business process services (BPS: use of external services - such as business consulting and BPO - to design, build and run functional process areas) across Gartner Research. Mr. Brown previously managed Gartner's European BPO research in Egham, U.K., before relocating to California in 2002. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Brown was the director of North American markets for G2R, a California-based IT services consultancy that was acquired by Gartner in 1999. He also served as a market research specialist with HP's CSO Worldwide Customer Information Management group. Mr. Brown started his research career at the British House of Commons as a research assistant to Cheryl Gillan, MP, former undersecretary for education and employment in John Major's government.
