Scott Creighton has been the Chief Executive Officer of Aplicor, Inc., since March 2010. Mr. Creighton served as Vice President of Business Development for Rightnow Technologies Inc., since June 2006. Prior to RightNow, Mr. Creighton served as Oracle's Vice President of Global CRM Marketing, where he was responsible for overall CRM go-to-market strategy, business development and global marketing. Mr. Creighton previously held several senior positions at Siebel Systems and served as Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Solutions, where he built one of Siebel Systems's largest vertical business units. At Siebel, he was also General Manager of Siebel's industry leading partner relationship management solution. Mr. Creighton came to Siebel from On Target, Inc., where he provided alliance and channel strategy consulting to IBM, HP and other leading technology companies. Mr. Creighton has also held senior sales and business development positions at MCI and EDS. About Robert DeSisto, Research Vice President, Gartner
Robert DeSisto is a Research Vice President at Gartner. He is responsible for managing the software as a service (SaaS) research agenda. His research focuses primarily on the use of SaaS as a delivery model for applications. Mr. Desisto has extensive expertise in SaaS and cloud computing models, including architectural, economic, and application implementation and governance issues. Mr. Desisto has drill-down application expertise in sales force automation, partner relationship management, sales configuration, pricing applications, incentive compensation, sales analytics and performance management. Mr. Desisto has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Desisto was responsible for implementing advanced technologies for the General Electric Aircraft Engine Group. After General Electric, Mr. Desisto was director of market development at Concentra, responsible for launching Concentra’s sales configuration product line.
