About Ted Chamberlin, Research Director, Gartner
Ted Chamberlin is a research director at Gartner, where he is part of the Network/Infrastructure group. His research focuses on the emerging communications services MPLS, IP-VPN and metro Ethernet, and hosted IP telephony, as well as traditional carrier voice and data services. Mr. Chamberlin also covers application-based services, such as application hosting, managed Web hosting, colocation and cloud computing.
Prior to joining Gartner in 1998, Mr. Chamberlin held networking sales positions at Metro Business Systems, where he worked with end users on acquiring network equipment and implementing network designs. Previous to that, he worked in the technology recruiting division of Sony Music Entertainment in New York for four years.

About Randy Ulloa, VP Technology, Post-n-Track
Randy is responsible for IT development, infrastructure and technical operations. He has led many of the key Post-n-Track technical initiatives since October 2002. Prior to Post-n-Track, Randy held several senior developer and project lead positions with retailer Ames Department Stores from 1998 to 2002 and was most recently, Senior Developer, Supply Chain Logistics supporting over 450 stores nationwide.
