Debra Logan is a vice president in Gartner Research. She covers enterprise content management, records management, knowledge management and worker productivity, intellectual capital and intellectual property topics and compliance as related to documentation and records. She is currently researching topics in enterprise information management, information quality, information assets and liabilities and e-discovery. Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Logan was an independent consultant to IT organizations in the United Kingdom and Europe, helping them to formulate strategies and evaluate technologies. She had previously worked for a company that specialized in knowledge-based systems and artificial intelligence applications.

Patrick Eitenbichler, Director of Product Marketing for HP’s Information Management organization, is responsible for worldwide product marketing, region enablement and marketing communications for HP's Information Management products and solutions to help customers capture, classify, discover, recover, and find information faster. The HP Information Management portfolio of products includes HP Data Protector Software, HP Integrated Archive Platform, HP Archiving Software for Emails, Databases and Files, HP Medical Archiving, and HP TRIM Document and Records Management. Previously, he was responsible for go-to-market strategy, messaging and region enablement activities across the entire HP StorageWorks portfolio. Eitenbichler has held a broad range of marketing, supply chain and service & support positions over his 15-year career. His experience spans product management of hardware and software products, customer support, channel marketing, marketing communications, and business development in HP's Americas field organization. Eitenbichler holds a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and a master’s degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
