As the Head of Managed Print Services, Chris' role is to unlock the full potential of Canon UK and Ireland to enable the delivery of Managed Print Services into both the Commercial and Public sectors and to deliver on Canon UK and Ireland’s promise of printing less and on fewer devices. Chris's impressive career brings to Canon over 22 years experience of the industry, with 12 years sales management experience; He has lead significant business wins in all sectors. Working closely with Canon Europe, with the Service and Professional Services leads in Canon UK and Ireland and with his great indepth understanding of the market place, Chris is driving the development of Managed Print Services. His last role was Head of the Commercial Sales Team cross the UK and Ireland and he has achieved a degree in Engineering. In his spare time, Chris spends as much time as he can with his young family, putting the miles in on his bike, cooking and being an enthusiastic supporter of both the round and oval ball forms of football.

About Ken Weilerstein, Research VP, Gartner
Ken Weilerstein is a research vice president specializing in document-related technologies. He closely tracks the printer, MFP and electronic output industries. Mr. Weilerstein advises Gartner's thousands of end-user clients on these subjects, helping them make decisions and prepare their strategic plans. He also takes the lead role in setting the agenda for print and related subject for Gartner's end-user clients. Mr. Weilerstein speaks at Gartner conferences and at other industry conferences, such as XPLOR. Mr. Weilerstein has 20 years of experience as a computer industry analyst for printers and optical storage. Prior to joining Gartner, he was a computer industry analyst for McGraw-Hill. His previous experience was in technical documentation and sales.
