Mr. Holub focuses on availability management, operations process maturity, and organization, staffing and other people-related issues in IT infrastructure and operations. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Holub spent 17 years in IT infrastructure and operations at USAA, a Fortune 200 diversified financial services company. His experience at USAA included executive-level positions responsible for e-commerce operations, operations architecture, enterprise systems management, QA/testing, server management and desktop management. Mr. Holub also served as product manager as USAA's internal IT department was successfully transformed to run IT like a business. About Kyle Fitze Kyle Fitze is the marketing director for the HP StorageWorks Storage Area Network Division. He and his team are responsible for the definition, launch and marketing of the XP, EVA and MSA storage arrays and SAN infrastructure. He began his storage career in 1997 with Compaq where he managed the marketing and launch of the industry’s first clusterable fibre channel attached external storage array, host adapter and infrastructure products. He has held several positions at Compaq and now HP including product marketing for entry level SAN arrays and cluster storage, business development and technology strategy for server storage and infrastructure and the industry standard server storage representative in the HP/Compaq integration team. Prior to joining Compaq, he spent 10 years in technology marketing and sales in telecommunications and medical imaging start up companies. About Thomas J. Nosella Thomas Nosella is Director of Technical Marketing responsible for the development and marketing for Cisco’s storage networking solutions. Thomas and his team are responsible for the creation, validation, and promotion of Cisco Storage Networking designs and solutions for Cisco’s enterprise and service provider customer base.
