About Gene Phifer
Gene Phifer is a vice president, distinguished analyst in Gartner Research. Mr. Phifer covers a broad set of Web-centric infrastructure software, including Web architectures/management, intranets, extranets, e-business infrastructures, portals, Web Services, as well as concepts like Workplace, Service Oriented Architectures and Web 2.0. Mr. Phifer is a 33-year IT veteran. Prior to joining Gartner, he held various management and executive roles in Fortune 100 IT departments, most notably Frito-Lay and Texas Instruments. There he managed all aspects of IT, including infrastructure technologies, data centers and line-of-business applications. Additionally, Mr. Phifer held the dual roles of chief information officer (CIO) and chief technology officer (CTO) for Melson Technologies.
About Frank Torbey

About Shawn O'Brien
Shawn is a lead Product Designer for Thomson CompuMark and has been with the company for more than 12 years. He recently served as Senior Product Manager, creating and managing an extensive array of online and paper-based research products. Shawn’s product development experience is based on user-centered design practices, including contextual inquiry. He has extensive experience managing the customer experience around the adoption of online workflow tools. Shawn is currently working on extending the next-generation user environment across all of Thomson CompuMark’s key products.
About Jeff Grant
Jeff Grant is Senior Vice President, Marketing & Web at LeapFrogEnterprises. Jeff is responsible for the development and marketing of LeapFrog’s strategic Web initiatives. He brings a wealth of experience in this domain from his previous positions at Orbitz, where he served in several key senior management positions since 2001 including VP of Product Marketing.
About Victoria Colaneri
Victoria Colaneri has more than 14 years experience developing and executing global HR Technology strategies that align with and support business strategy. Currently, she is the Director of HR Technology & Processes for Campbell Soup Company. Prior to that, she worked for the Altria family of companies (Altria, Kraft and Nabisco) where she provided thought leadership and creative insights to help identify, clarify, and resolve complex global HR issues with a focus on utilizing HR Technology to decrease administrative time and increase employee effectiveness.
