About Jay Kidd, Senior VP, Product Strategy & Development, Storage Solutions Group, NetApp
Jay Kidd is the senior vice president of the Product Strategy and Development, Storage Solutions Group at NetApp. In that role he has responsibility for the company’s product development portfolio strategy, technical alliance relationships, and NAS, SAN, Data Protection, and Manageability Business Units. He is a member of the executive staff and the Strategy Council. Kidd has extensive cross-functional experience in storage, networking, and high-performance systems. Before holding this role, Jay was the chief marketing officer at NetApp and also ran the Emerging Products Group. Prior to joining NetApp, he held the position of chief technology officer and vice president of Product Management at Brocade, where he was vital to developing and implementing the Brocade product road map, including infrastructure and strategic evangelism. Before joining Brocade, Kidd was vice president of Marketing for Omneon Video Networks, Inc., a supplier of storage and networking equipment for video broadcasters; and Multigen, a real-time 3D simulation software company. Prior to working at Multigen, Kidd spent seven years at Silicon Graphics (SGI), where he directed product management and marketing efforts for the graphics workstations, servers, and SGI Web systems business. He also worked at Hewlett Packard, where he held key engineering and product marketing management positions in the Information Networks Group. Kidd holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University. He is married with three children.

About Brian K. Denton, Chief Technology Officer, ExamWorks
Brian K. Denton is Chief Technology Officer of ExamWorks. He is responsible for the development and integration of the company's systems and software platform. Previously he served as Chief Information Officer for Kodak Dental Systems and Director of Information Technology for AJC International. Brian is a recognized as an innovator and named in numerous publications including The Wall Street Journal and White Papers by Bomgar Corporation and VMware. He has been a member of several Fortune 1000 technical advisory boards. Brian has more than 10 years focused on medical and dental technology and over 30 years of IT experience. He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Georgia.

About Roger Cox, Research VP, Gartner
Roger Cox is a research vice president in Gartner Research, where he is part of the Global Storage Research unit. His focus encompasses disk storage systems, technology and market views. During his career with Gartner, Mr. Cox has worked with all the leading and many of the emerging storage companies, assisting them to develop winning product and go-to-market strategies, as well as compelling product positioning and messaging strategies. In addition to handling hundreds of inquiries annually from end users and investment and vendor clients, he is responsible for developing credible vendor market share and forecast reports for the external controller-based disk storage market. Mr. Cox is the lead author for many Gartner-branded research reports, including the Magic Quadrant for midrange disk arrays; SWOT reports for EMC, NetApp and IBM storage; Cool Storage Vendors report and Key Issues for Storage report. He also serves as the Research Agenda manager for Gartner's Global Storage Research community. Before joining Gartner, Mr. Cox worked for Adaptec, where he was responsible for worldwide RAID product marketing. Before that, he co-founded Integra Technologies to develop RAID storage management software.
